No, considering the use a homeowner will receive, Thermotec represents great value as it drastically changes your conservatory looks and performance wise. There is also no risk or change required to an existing structure, which means there are no extra, hidden costs.
Planning permission should NOT be required when upgrading your existing conservatory with Thermotec roof panels. Building Regulations also should NOT be applicable. In the unlikely event that your upgrade does require planning permission, we are happy to assist. As well as this, if building regulations are a requirement, Thermotec is building control compliant.
